All Sales Are Final
Currently, all sales made in-store and online are final. This means that once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
When shopping in-store, we kindly request that you try on all items before making a purchase. This allows you to ensure the perfect fit and avoid any potential disappointment. As stated earlier, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit for in-store purchases at this time.
If you choose to shop online, please note that all online orders are also considered final. We highly recommend carefully reviewing the product details, before placing an order. If you need futher assistance, use the online chat box for help. This will help you make an informed decision and minimize the chances of needing to return an item.
Once your online order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. It is essential to track your package using the provided information. We cannot be held responsible for items that are sent back to us due to non-delivery or stolen items. If you have not received a tracking number within one business day after placing your order, please contact us immediately.
In the unfortunate event that your package is stolen, please contact the shipping carrier. If you are are unable to resolve the issue after 7 days, we will initiate a lost/damaged package claim with the shipping carrier. We will keep you informed of the progress and outcome of the claim once it is settled.

For our local customers, if you have any concerns about sizing or product details, we encourage you to visit our boutique during business hours. Our knowledgeable staff will be more than happy to assist you and help you find the perfect item. Trying on the items in-store before making a purchase can save you the hassle of needing to return or exchange an item.
If our store hours do not align with your schedule, we also offer the option to schedule a private shopping experience for a fee. Please contact us to arrange a time that works best for you.

You will be provided a tracking# for your online orders. We will not be responsible for items sent back to us for non delivery to customers. We will not replace stolen items. Please track your items. Email us right away if you haven't received a tracking# within 1 business day after your order was shipped. Orders will ship within 2 business days. This does not apply to pre-orders. If your item is stolen, please contact the shipping carrier. If your package isn’t located within a week of delivery, we will start a lost/damaged package claim with the shipping carrier. We will contact you with the results of the claim, once your claim is settled. If you have any question about your order use the online chat box. Store employees do not have access to view your online orders. If no one is available to chat with you, a response will be emailed to you within one business day. Online business chat hours are Monday - Friday 10 am - 6 pm
In Store Pick Ups
You will be notified by email once your order is filled. Once you are notified, please pick up your order within three business days. If you are unable to pick up your order, you will need to schedule an appointment with the store before you come to pick up your order. We do not give out same day appointments. We will not return or exchange any online orders for any reason. If you have a sizing question, please use the online chat feature or come to the store to try on your items before you purchase them.
