In Store Purchase
Please try on all items before you purchase them. We do not offer returns, exchanges or store credit at this time.
You will be provided a tracking# for your online orders. We will not be responsible for items sent back to us for non delivery to customers. We will not replace stolen items. Please track your items. Email us right away if you haven't received a tracking# within 1 business day after your order was shipped. Orders will ship within 2 business days. This does not apply to pre-orders. If your item is stolen, we will start a lost/damaged package claim with the shipping carrier. We will contact you with the results of the claim, once your claim is settled. If you have any question about your order use the online chat box. Store employees do not have access to view your online orders. If no one is available to chat with you, a response will be emailed to you within one business day. Online business chat hours are Monday - Friday 10 am - 6 pm
In Store Pick Ups
You will be notified by email once your order is filled. Once you are notified, please pick up your order within three business days. If you are unable to pick up your order, you will need to schedule an appointment with the store before you come to pick up your order. We do not give out same day appointments. We will not return or exchange any online orders for any reason. If you have a sizing question, please use the online chat feature or come to the store to try on your items before you purchase them.
