At this time, all sales are final in store & online until further notice!  

In Store Purchase

Please try on all items before you purchase them. We do not offer returns, exchanges or store credit at this time.


Online Orders

You will be provided a tracking# for your online orders. We will not be responsible for items sent back to us for non delivery to customers. We will not replace stolen items. Please track your items. Email us right away if you haven't received a tracking# within 2 business days after your order was placed. This does not apply to pre-orders. If your item is stolen, we will start a lost/damaged package claim with the shipping carrier. We will contact you with the results of the claim, once your claim is settled. 

 In Store Pick Ups

You will be notified by email once your order is filled. Once you are notified, please pick up your order with in two business days. If you are unable to pick up your order, you will need to schedule an appointment with the store before you come to pick up your order. We do not give out same day appointments. We will not return or exchange any online orders for any reason. If you have a sizing question, please reach out to the boutique during business hours, use the online chat feature or come to the store to try on your items before purchase.
